Man, I drove all the way to Texas from Colorado to make this song with a guy names Matt Smith, the owner of Guaranteed Fresh records. He promised to cover a polo ace to stay, and gas to get back home, so I packed my studio and hit the road. About 30 min from the guys house, he called to let me know that I couldn’t stay at his crib anymore, and that I had to figure out everything on my own. Broke, with no gas or anything, I picked up my phone and made contact with some cool people. Kevin Ray looked out for me and took care of everything that I needed. I turned around and still made this song with Joka C, the franchise artist of Guaranteed Fresh Records. I will never rep the brand or wear any merch after the incident, but Joka C is a cool guy, and I definitely would still make a song with him in the future.
